1) Do I have to prepare myself on my first session?

You can have a note to yourself to mention your areas of concern to the therapist, however, it is not compulsory. If you’d like to know more info check out checklist : (blog section)

2) Can I make cancellations/reschedule my sessions?

Yes, you can. However, there are certain terms and conditions which you can look at in the payment section.

3) Do you take clients outside India?

Yes, we do! We already have clients who are based from abroad.

4) Do you provide counseling services via chat message?

No, services are provided in virtual mode (audio/video) as it’ll be easier to work with the client.
