Hi! I'm Priyanka

A compassionate, curious, fun-loving, and quirky Psychologist and trained Behavioural Therapist! Both my personal experiences and those of others have made me realize how often we aren’t heard in our stories and struggles, leading us to feel alone in our battles. This realization drove me to pursue a career aimed at changing this perspective, a goal I remain passionate about to this day.


My journey into the field of psychology began when I had to choose a specialization for my senior secondary education. It was then that I discovered psychology as my true calling. Over the past 7 years, I've had the privilege of delving into this field, completing my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bangalore University, India, and my Masters of Science in Medical Psychology from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, India.

Goal Setting and Treatment Planning

Collaboratively set therapy goals and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Ongoing Sessions and Termination

Schedule regular sessions, adjusting the treatment plan as needed, and prepare for termination as when goals are met.

1) Do I have to prepare myself on my first session?

You can have a note to yourself to mention your areas of concern to the therapist, however, it is not compulsory. If you’d like to know more info check out checklist : (blog section)

2) Can I make cancellations/reschedule my sessions?

Yes, you can. However, there are certain terms and conditions which you can look at in the payment section.

3) Do you take clients outside India?

Yes, we do! We already have clients who are based from abroad.

4) Do you provide counseling services via chat message?

No, services are provided in virtual mode (audio/video) as it’ll be easier to work with the client.
